All orders over $50 ship free! Anything under $50 costs $3.99. Local pickup is also available. We currently do not offer international shipping.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?
Absolutely! Wild & Free hats wants everyone to be happy with their purchase. If you are unhappy with anything please contact Kira (support@WildAndFreeHats.com)to start a return or exchange. Returns/exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product. Hat(s) must be in original, unworn condition with tags on. Buyer pays for return shipping.
Coupon codes must be entered at checkout in the discount box. Once your order is placed, coupon codes cannot be applied. Only one code may be applied per purchase. Coupon and discount codes cannot be used for clearance items.
When will my hats arrive?
Your order will arrive within 4-8 business days, depending on the shipping location. All items are shipped standard USPS from Broomfield, Colorado. Once your order ships, a shipping notification that includes your tracking number will be sent to you via email. Wild & Free kid's hats is not responsible for any errors made by the postal service. If your package has been lost in transit, please contact your local post office to file a claim.
